Pros

Medium-Full Coverage

Spreads easily, put would have to apply alot

AfforadableMore Readily AvailableSpecifically for Women of Color (eight 8 shades for women of color)Works well on top of Primer

Cons
Oily --(persons with oily skin--be warned) 
have to apply a good amount for the "coverage" effect
transfers if not set adequately with a powder (pressed / loosed)
